If something happened that worried you
Report it in the app rather than emailing, if you can. On a provider's page, a review, or a message, there is a way to report it — and reporting from the app tells us which booking it was about, which is most of what we need to act.
We act on reports within 24 hours. A reported photo is hidden immediately, before anybody has looked at it. If somebody has broken our content and conduct policy we remove what they posted and, where it is warranted, remove their access to Doorcut.
You can also block somebody from the app at any time, which takes effect immediately and does not wait on us. Blocking stops new bookings and messages between you, and hides them from your app.
If you are in immediate danger, call emergency services first. We are an app; they are not.

Doorcut is a marketplace for mobile hair stylists, barbers, nail technicians, makeup artists and lash and brow specialists, operating in Ontario, Canada. The service you book is provided by an independent professional rather than by us — our terms explain what that means.
