Find someone near you
Browse professionals who travel to your address, with their photos, prices and reviews from people they have actually been out to.

Pick a service and a time
You only ever see slots they can genuinely make, with their travel time to you already accounted for. If they charge for the trip, it is on their page and in your total before you confirm — never a surprise afterwards.

They confirm
Your card is held, not charged. Some professionals confirm instantly; others accept requests themselves. You are told either way.

They come to you
You get a message when they set off and when they arrive. The card is charged once the appointment is done, and a receipt follows by email.

Every professional is approved by a person.
Nobody can take a booking on Doorcut until they have had a video call or met someone from Doorcut in person, shown government photo ID, and been approved by a person. Not an automatic check — someone looks. It is not a criminal record check, and it is not an endorsement of the quality of their work: what we check is who the person is.
Reviews can only be written by someone whose appointment actually happened, so there is no way to post one without having been there. You can report a professional, a review, a message, a photo or a person from inside the app. We act on reports of objectionable content or unsafe behaviour within 24 hours. We answer everything else within one business day.
